Argon 18, coast-to-coast presence

2014-02-25

Argon 18 is proud to announce the appointment of Johnny Halliday as Sales Representative British-Columbia/Alberta. “With the company’s huge growth over the past few years, it was vital that we add an experienced individual to the sales team, in order to avoid any slowdowns with our activities development in Western Canada” explains Jacques Philie, Sales Director Canada. “With Johnny on board, our presence across Canada is now consolidated from coast to coast and will allow us to maintain our momentum.”

Johnny Halliday has been working in the sports industry and, more specifically in cycling, for almost 25 years. Consequently, his arrival at Argon 18 was the next natural step for him. His dedication, professionalism and extensive experience as a rep will help the company on day one. "He has an acute understanding of the market and we are confident that his contribution will benefit our network of retailers and bring the brand even further" says Stéphane Mayer, General Manager.

The new Sales Representative British-Columbia/Alberta position embodies Argon 18’s will to offer a truly nationalwide coverage. Indeed, Johnny Halliday’s hire completes those of Patrick Desnoyers, Ontario’s rep, and Simon Leblanc, Quebec, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Atlantic provinces’ sales representative. "Western Canada was the last piece of the puzzle for us. This investment reaffirms our leadership and demonstrates the importance we attach to all of our customers and partners: for Argon 18, proximity and availability are the cornerstone of successful relationships" adds Jacques Philie.

Argon 18 congratulates Mr. Halliday on his appointment and wishes him every success in his new duties.
