CSR - Customer Service Representative (North America)

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager

Tasks / Responsibilities :

• Provide customer service, order taking and tracking, and administrative management of customer service.

• Provide after-sales service to retailers.

• Maintain customer accounts on B2B.

• Establish and maintain a relationship of trust with retailers already in place in the given territory in order to maximize sales.

• Manages warranty claims.

• Work in collaboration with other team members and support the sales team. 

• Work with independent agents to achieve sales figures for the given territory.

• Analyze and report on sales growth in the given territory. 

• Prepare sales forecasts for each of the retailers and future retailers.

Required :

• DEC or AEC in marketing, management, administration or a related discipline. 

• 5 years of experience in supporting independent retail sales. 

• Experience working remotely with sales teams.

• Impeccable written and spoken English. 

• Mastery of the MS-Office suite (Excel required).

Minimum knowledge of cycling or sports equipment is an asset.

Project Manager

Project Manager

Main responsibilities :

• Advise and support VP Products and team leaders in the planning and monitoring of projects related to objectives, scope, schedule and achievement of results.

• Ensure the coordination of the tasks of the people involved within the various teams (marketing, R&D, product, etc.) according to deadlines, in close collaboration with the various team leaders.

• Monitor project schedules

• Estimate and monitor the resources (time, budget, equipment, etc.) required

• Ensure communication between the different teams involved 

• Develop the required documentation for the different phases of the projects and ensure its dissemination

• Participate in the development of performance indicators

• Develop and maintain the change request logbook

• Support the budget monitoring process and prepare related reports

• Support the accountability process

• Support teams in the implementation of tools and practices for continuous improvement

• Support VP Products and the various team leaders in all other related tasks related to project management 

 

Requirements :

• Have a university degree in a relevant field or at least three years of experience in a similar position

• Master computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as project management and planning applications 

• Knowledge of cycling will be considered an asset

• Project Management Professional (PMP® certification will be considered an asset

• Certification in continuous improvement (Lean Six Sigma) will be considered an asset 

• Spoken and written bilingualism (French and English)

Inventory and Logistics Technician

Inventory and Logistics Technician

Daily:

• Tracking of shipment exceptions with suppliers.

• In collaboration with production and purchasing, establish the scheduling of future merchandise receipts. 

• Preparation of documents for receipt of goods according to procedure.

• Identify according to the procedure the goods of the different receipts. Take the necessary actions in real time to correct anomalies. 

• In collaboration with the shipment, generate standard shipping documents. 

• Ensure that the inventory of active products is properly maintained for all locations. 

• Notify your immediate supervisor of any anomalies concerning the inventory, import and export of goods.

• Assist your supervisor in various projects.

 

Depending on the frequency of the tasks:

• Monitoring inventories at our suppliers, analyzing deviations, proposing solutions and notifying your supervisor.

• Perform cyclical inventories on different products. Account, analyze and identify gaps. 

• Ensure the physical scheduling of components. 

• Verify, approve and make credit requests for invoices related to transport and customs clearance of goods according to procedures.

• Identify and follow up with the relevant departments and employees on uncompleted transactions in the database that affect inventory values.

• In collaboration with his/her supervisor and production, actively and continuously participate in process improvement. 

• Participate in department meetings. 

• Participate in the annual inventory. 

• All other related tasks. 

 

According to needs: 

• Be able to perform certain tasks of the production department such as launching manufacturing, invoicing, freight forwarding, order management.

 

Qualities sought:

• Be able to prioritize your daily tasks.

• Thorough, good analytical skills.

• Experience with ERP systems.

• Experience with FedEx Shipping Manager an asset.

• All knowledge in transport and logistics will be considered.

• Spoken and written English.

• Good physical condition. 

• Knowledge in the field of cycling will be considered.
