    Alex Stieda
    Alex Stieda was born on April 13, 1961 in Coquitlam, British Columbia (Vancouver area).
    From 1979 to 1992, he was a member of the Canadian National Team (the last seven years of which as a professional cyclist). Over his 15-year career, he competed in an average of 100 races a year. Since retiring from professional racing, Alex Stieda has worked in bicycle sales. He also owns a bicycle touring company and provides colour commentary for cycling events on CBC. He currently lives in Edmonton.

  • Torbjørn Sindballe

    Torbjørn Sindballe
    Torbjørn Sindballe is a Danish professional triathlete who was born on October 21, 1976. Between 1998 and 2008, he won numerous international competitions despite being unusually tall for an elite triathlete (6’2’’, 180 lb.). His stature makes him less aerodynamic and heavier for running, while also making it harder for him to endure the heat. Now retired, Torbjørn remains a symbol of perseverance and an outstanding ambassador for Argon 18. Visit his Facebook page.
